The present invention relates to a novel 5-hydroxy pyridine-based compound useful as a P2X1 and P2X3 receptor antagonist and a composition comprising the same. Having the activity of strongly antagonizing P2X1 and P2X3 receptors, the compound according to the present invention can be effectively used as a medicinal material for treatment and prevention of chronic inflammatory diseases or neuropathic pain diseases attributed to the activity of P2X1 and P2X3 receptors.La présente invention concerne un nouveau composé à base de 5-hydroxypyridine utile à titre d'antagoniste des récepteurs P2X1 et P2X3 et une composition le contenant. Le composé selon la présente invention qui a une forte activité antagoniste des récepteurs P2X1 et P2X3 peut être utilisé de manière efficace à titre de substance médicale pour le traitement et la prévention des maladies inflammatoires chroniques ou des douleurs neuropathiques attribuées à l'activité des récepteurs P2X1 et P2X3.본 발명은 P2X1 및 P2X3 수용체 길항제로 유용한 신규한 5-히드록시 피리딘계 화합물 및 이를 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 다른 화합물은 P2X1 및 P2X3 수용체를 강력하게 길항하는 활성이 있으므로, P2X1 및 P2X3 수용체 활성에 기인한 질환인 만성염증 질환 또는 신경성 통증 질환의 치료 및 예방을 위한 약제로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
