The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, solving, and treating gastrointestinal diseases comprising a compound isolated from a culture medium of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens RWL-1 strain and is the first to describe the enzyme inhibitory activity of a bioactive compound isolated from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens species. Since the compound of the present invention has excellent urease inhibitory activity, the compound has an effect of inhibiting the urease activity of Helicobacter pylori and making Helicobacter pylori difficult to survive in the gastric mucosa. Therefore, the compound is effective for treating, preventing, and solving gastrointestinal diseases. The compound uses a secondary metabolite of microorganisms and is expected to be useful in the medical and food industries by using it as an important source of a bioactive metabolite with high therapeutic value.본 발명은 바실러스 아밀로리퀘파시엔스(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) RWL-1 균주의 배양액으로부터 분리한 화합물을 포함하는 위장질환의 예방, 개선, 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로 바실러스 아밀로리퀘파시엔스 종으로부터 분리된 생물활성 화합물의 효소 저해활성을 최초로 기술한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 우수한 우레아제 저해활성을 가짐으로써, 헬리코박터 파이로리의 우레아제 활성을 저해하여 헬리코박터 파이로리가 위점막에서 생존하기 어렵게 하는 효과가 있으므로 위장질환 치료, 예방, 및 개선에 효과적이며 미생물의 2차 대사물을 이용한 것으로, 높은 치료 가치를 지닌 생물 활성 대사산물의 중요한 공급원으로 이용하여 의료 및 식품 산업분야에서 유용하게 이용될 것으로 기대된다.
