A computer assisting diagnosing device according to an embodiment comprises: an interested region detecting unit for detecting an interested region with respect to each of multiple frame images； a grouping unit for grouping the frame images for each of successive interested regions on the basis of a detection result； a determining unit for determining (classifying) the detected interested region with respect to the grouped frame images； and a determination result synthesizing unit for synthesizing determination results by group, and calculating an integrated determination result for each group.
