According to the present invention, disclosed is an intraocular lens assembly capable of improving the functions of an intraocular lens by effectively transferring motions of the zonule of Zinn. According to the present invention, the intraocular lens assembly inserted in an eyeball comprises: an intraocular lens support (10) formed in a ring shape inserted in a capsular sac of the eyeball a connection means (50) and an intraocular lens connected with the connection means (50). An outer circumferential surface (11) of the intraocular lens support (10) comes in contact with the capsular sac and includes a first front surface contact part (11a) coming in contact with the front surface part of the capsular sac and a first rear surface contact part (11b) coming in contact with the rear surface part of the capsular sac. An inner circumferential surface (12) facing the outer circumferential surface (11) includes a second front surface contact part (12a) facing the first front surface contact part (11a) and a second rear surface contact part (12b) facing the first rear surface contact part (11b). The connection means (50) includes a third front surface contact part (52a) coming in contact with at least a part of the second front surface contact part (12a), a third rear surface contact part (52b) coming in contact with a part of the second rear surface contact part (12b), and a deformation promoting groove (52c) disposed between the third front surface contact part (52a) and the third rear surface contact part (52b) to form a space separated from the inner circumferential surface (12).
