PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid dispenser comprising novel components.SOLUTION: A fluid dispenser 110 for use with a fluid supply 170 comprises: a dosing chamber 120 and a piston 114 which is mounted to reciprocate forwardly and rearwardly in the dosing chamber and has a seal to sealingly slide on a wall of the dosing chamber. A rearward stroke of the piston enables the dosing chamber to be filled with the fluid from the fluid supply. A forward stroke of the piston pumps the fluid present in front of the piston out of the dosing chamber.
