PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrushing tool that dispenses with a step of attaching a toothbrushing part to a handle part, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A toothbrushing tool 1 comprises a handle part 10 and a toothbrushing part 20. The handle part 10 is made of a paper shaft 40. The toothbrushing part 20, which is a part for brushing teeth, is provided on the side of one end of the handle part 10.
