This paper describes an oral hygiene tablet containing an abrasive for use. The tablet contains glycine as an abrasive. The average (MV) particle diameter of glycine may be greater than 45. Mu. M. The tablet can be used with an oral cleanser, and if placed in the fluid channel of the cleaner, it can collapse, release the abrasive and improve the cleaning effectiveness of the cleaner.使い切りの研磨剤含有の口腔衛生用錠剤を記載する。本錠剤は、研磨剤としてグリシンを含む。グリシンの平均（Ｍｖ）粒子径は、４５μｍより大きくてもよい。本錠剤は口腔洗浄器と共に使用され得て、洗浄器の流体流路に置かれると、崩壊し、研磨剤を放出し、洗浄器の清掃有効性を改善し得る。
