The preparation method comprises: dissolving N-isopropylacrylamide and an initiator by using a solvent, and foaming by using nitrogen performing an initiation reaction on cotton cellulose in the initiator soaking the cotton cellulose after the initiation reaction in the mixed solution of N-isopropylacrylamide and dimethylfomamide, and then performing a polymerization reaction in the presence of nitrogen to obtain poly N-isopropyl acrylamide-cotton cellulose dissolving poly N-isopropyl acrylamide-cotton cellulose together with alginate into distilled water to form hydrogel on the surface and removing the solvent to obtain the medical dressing hydrogel composite fabric.La présente invention concerne un tissu composite dhydrogel pour pansement médical, son procédé de fabrication et ses utilisations. Le procédé de fabrication comprend les étapes consistant à : dissoudre du N-isopropylacrylamide et un amorceur en utilisant un solvant et générer une mousse en utilisant de lazote réaliser une réaction damorçage sur de la cellulose de coton dans lamorceur immerger la cellulose de coton après la réaction damorçage dans la solution mixte de N-isopropylacrylamide et de diméthylformamide puis réaliser une réaction de polymérisation en présence dazote pour obtenir du poly-N-isopropylacrylamide-cellulose de coton dissoudre le poly-N-isopropylacrylamide-cellulose de coton conjointement avec de lalginate dans de leau distillée pour former un hydrogel à la surface et éliminer le solvant afin dobtenir le tissu composite dhydrogel pour pansement médical.
