The present invention relates to a device and a method of an olfactory test for diagnosis of Parkinson′s disease which improve user convenience. The method of an olfactory test for diagnosis of Parkinson′s disease comprises: a step of displaying a begin button to perform a test and a previous result view button to manage previous test results； a step of displaying an information input area to receive information of a subject who will receive a test, an advanced configuration button to receive details of a test, and a start button to start a test if the begin button to perform a test is received； a step of checking a configured order of nostrils in which an olfactory test on any one nostril among a left or a right nostril is to be performed first, a plurality of scents held on a test paper aiding the olfactory test, and an order in which the plurality of scents are held if the start button is received； a step of displaying a configured image matching an order of a test among the plurality of scents held on the test paper and a plurality of remaining images excluding the configured image； a step of receiving a selection for any one image among the configured image and the plurality of remaining images； and a step of diagnosing Parkinson′s disease for the subject and a progress degree based on a selected result.본 발명은 파킨슨병의 진단을 위한 후각 검사 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 파킨슨병의 진단을 위한 후각 검사 방법은, 테스트를 진행할 수 있는 시작하기 버튼 및 이전 테스트 결과를 관리할 수 있는 이전 결과 보기 버튼을 디스플레이하는 단계； 테스트를 진행할 수 있는 시작하기 버튼을 입력받을 경우, 테스트를 진행하고자 하는 피검사자의 정보를 입력받을 수 있는 정보 입력 영역, 테스트의 세부 사항을 입력받을 수 있는 고급 설정 버튼 및 테스트를 시작할 수 있는 시작 버튼을 디스플레이하는 단계； 시작 버튼을 입력받을 경우, 왼쪽 또는 오른쪽 콧구멍 중 어느 콧구멍에 대한 후각 테스트를 먼저 진행할지 설정된 콧구멍의 순서 및 후각 테스트의 진행을 보조하는 검사지에 담긴 복수의 향과 복수의 향이 담긴 순서를 확인하는 단계； 검사지에 담긴 복수의 향 중 테스트의 진행 순서에 매칭되는 설정된 이미지 및 설정된 이미지를 제외한 나머지 복수의 이미지를 디스플레이하는 단계； 설정된 이미지 및 나머지 복수의 이미지 중 어느 하나의 이미지를 선택받는 단계； 및 선택받은 결과를 기반으로, 상기 피검사자에 대한 파킨슨병의 진단 및 진행 정도를 파악하는 단계를 포함한다.
