PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide glucosamines and amino acid-containing tablets having excellent morphological stability.SOLUTION: The present invention is a tablet characterized by containing glucosamines, amino acid, and anserine. As the glucosamines, not only glucosamine themselves but also a salt of glucosamine or N acetylglucosamine can be used. As a salt of glucosamine, e.g. glucosamine hydrochloric acid, glucosamine sulfuric acid, and fermentation glucosamine is included but glucosamine hydrochloric acid is preferable.
