PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing a nest building by crows K, which can be easily mounted to the tip portion of an electric pole with a great effect on the prevention of a nest building, and enabling an energy-saving operation as well.SOLUTION: A device 100 for preventing a nest building by crows K comprises: a fixing band part 10 for being inserted from the side of tip portion of an electric pole T to be fixed there a peak part 20 placed at the upper part of the fixing band part 10 and an LED lighting device 30 disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the fixing band part 10.
