The X-ray generation device generates an X-ray to penetrate through a subject. The digital X-ray detector detects an X-ray having penetrated through the subject to generate digital image data. The central processing unit processes the digital image data and controls the X-ray generation device and the digital X-ray detector. The mobile communication device is able to perform wireless communications with the X-ray generation device, the digital X-ray detector and the central processing unit. According to the present invention, the digital apparatus for photographing an X-ray is able to increase practicality and adaptability to a job site through the integral type-X-ray generation device having a small size and a light weight when performing an outdoor diagnosis and an on-site diagnosis.
