Disclosed is a micro-suture surgery robot. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the micro-suture surgery robot comprises: a guide frame a suture site holder combined with one side of the guide frame, and including a first projection and a second projection in contact with one side and the other side of a site to be sutured, respectively a needle holder combined with the other side of the guide frame, and in which a needle is mounted on a lower end and a needle driving means for moving the needle holder to allow the end of the needle to draw a curved trajectory. According to the present invention, by using a robot instead of handwork, a suture surgery in a micro-site such as a cornea or the like can be more stably performed. In addition, while both sides of a micro-site to be sutured are supported by a projection, a needle is penetrated. Therefore, a phenomenon in which the site to be sutured is deformed is reduced, and suture can be performed in an accurate position as compared to a conventional method. In addition, as a trajectory in which a needle passes through a site to be sutured gets more shortened as compared to a conventional method, while a suture thread is knotted, a phenomenon in which a site to be sutured is deformed can be reduced. In addition, as a suture depth gets longer as compared to a conventional method, a site to be sutured is stably maintained to significantly increase a surgical success rate.
