The present invention relates to an eel farm water treatment system. More specifically, to convert sewage containing excrement piled up in a raising tank and other organic solids such as fodder residues into water having improved quality and having plenty of oxygen and to re-circulate the water to the raising tank, the sewage is made to pass through a plurality of precipitation tanks, a screen, and multiple aeration tanks. Fixing members for collecting microorganisms are installed in the precipitation tanks, and fluidic members for transferring oxygen and harmful gases are installed in the aeration tanks. To this end, the eel farm water treatment system according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of raising tanks (10) for storing circulation water capable of raising eels; a precipitating and decomposing tank (20) provided with the circulation water discharged from the raising tank, and decomposing and precipitating adulterants; a screen tank (30) for filtering adulterants by being provided with the circulation water filtered by being precipitated and decomposed from the precipitating and decomposing tank; a decomposing tank (40) for decomposing adulterants by being provided with the circulation water filtered from the screen; and an aeration tank (50) for decomposing adulterants by being provided with circulation water decomposed and filtered from the decomposing tank. Fixing rods are formed in the precipitating and decomposing tank and the decomposing tank, and fixing members (60) fixed to the fixing rods (B) are formed.
