PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing cosmetic rapidly removing makeup from the skin, hardly dripped from a hand at coating, hardly drooping on the face, easily coatable on the skin, and freshening the skin by enabling the cosmetic to be washed out cleanly.SOLUTION: The cleansing cosmetic contains (1) 1-15 mass% silicone oil component, (2) 1-15 mass% volatile hydrocarbon oil component, (3) 5-20 mass% dihydric glycol, (4) 5-40 mass% polyoxyethylene glyceryl fatty acid ester, and (5) 15-88 mass% water, wherein the weight ratio (1)/(2) of the silicone oil component (1) to the volatile hydrocarbon oil component (2) is within the range of 0.3-3, and the viscosity at 25°C is 100-500 mPa s.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
