The present invention relates to a multifunctional bedsore prevention mattress and, more specifically, to a multifunctional bedsore prevention mattress which includes: a mattress which is made of fabrics capable of being easily ventilated and has an accommodation space formed inside； an air cell unit of a grid shape which is provided in the mattress； an air drive unit which supplies air to the air cell unit； a control unit which controls the air drive unit； a plurality of temperature sensor units which are provided at one side of the mattress and sense the temperature of a part with which the body of a user is in contact； a plurality of pressure sensor units which are provided at one side of the mattress and sense the pressure of a part with which the body of a user is in contact； and an output unit which receives information sensed in the temperature sensor units or the pressure sensor units to display the received information on a display, and is able to transmit information indicating the necessity of posture correction to the user when the pressure sensed in the pressure sensor units exceeds a reference slope. The air cell unit includes: a plurality of first expansion units expanded by the air drive unit； and a plurality of second expansion units expanded by the air drive unit and formed to cross the first expansion units.
