PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure measuring device capable of measuring blood pressure continuously with a high degree of precision.SOLUTION: A blood pressure measuring device 10 includes a cuff 20 for compressing a blood vessel of a subject, a cuff pressure sensor for measuring a pressure pulse wave from a part compressed by the cuff, a photoelectronic sensor 30 for measuring a volume pulse wave from a reflected light of a light irradiated onto the blood vessel, and a data processing device 40. The blood pressure measuring device performs main measurement for measuring the volume pulse wave after preliminary measurement for measuring a reference volume pulse wave in measuring a reference pressure pulse wave accompanying a change in cuff pressure.
