The present invention relates to an agricultural tool such as an agricultural sprayer, and also to an agricultural spraying method, which allow agrochemicals to be applied to a regeion below the surface of the plant growing soil. The agricultural sprayer comprises at least one first tank (1) containing a first type of agrochemical, a high pressure pump (2) in fluid communication with the first tank (1), and a first spraying nozzle (3) in fluid communication with the high pressure pump (2) and with the first tank (1), the first spraying nozzle (3) allowing the agrochemical to be applied to the soil surface at a first pressure which is sufficient to create a furrow in the soil surface having a predetermined depth which allows the agrochemical to reach a region below the soil surface. This pressure is also sufficient to cut the stubble in the case of raw sugar cane.
