The present invention relates to a systemically- or intestinally-immunological adjuvant comprising ethanol-soluble Cheonggukjang (Korean fast-fermented bean paste) extracts as active ingredients. The immunological adjuvant of the present invention has neither toxicity nor side effects because safety-ensured food substances are used, and can reduce production costs and provide ease of use. Moreover, the oral administration of the immunological adjuvant along with immunogens can produce effective specific antibodies (IgG in the blood and IgA in the small intestine) by inducing Th1 and Th2 responses to parenterally-infectious pathogenic microbes as well as orally-infectious pathogenic microbes, or to viruses, cancer antigens, common antigens, etc.본 발명은 청국장 에탄올 용해(ethanol-soluble) 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 전신면역 및 장관면역 보강제에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 청국장 에탄올 용해(ethanol-soluble) 추출물을 포함하는 면역보강제는 안전성이 확보된 식품소재를 사용함으로써 독성 및 부작용이 없으며, 저렴한 생산비용과 사용의 편이성을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 면역보강제는 면역원과 경구투여 시 경구감염성 병원성 미생물은 물론 비경구감염성 병원성 미생물이나 바이러스, 암 항원, 일반 항원 등에 대하여도 Th1 및 Th2 반응을 유도하며 효과적인 특이항체 (혈중 IgG 및 소장 IgA)를 생산할 수 있다.
