PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a program for evaluating insect repellency, capable of estimating the number of insects invaded into a room in high accuracy.SOLUTION: The device for evaluating the insect repellency is constituted as follows. The device is installed in a building of an evaluation target. Invaded number-deriving information for deriving the number of the insects invaded into an exterior-neighboring room from the exterior per prescribed period based on the opening area and the opening time of the opening part of the exterior-neighboring room which is the room having the opening part opened to the exterior of the building and constituted so as to be openable is previously stored on a hard disk 28 by the kinds of the prescribed insects. The information of the kinds of the insects exhibiting the kinds of the insects of evaluation targets, and the opening area and the opening time of the opening part of the exterior-neighboring room are input through a key board 14 or the like. The number of the insects of the evaluation targets invaded into the exterior-neighboring room from the exterior is derived based on the opening area and the opening time input as the invasion-deriving information by reading out the invaded number-deriving information corresponding to the kinds of the insects represented by the insect kind information from the hard disk 28.
