The present invention relates to a method of fabricating cosmetic mask pack fiber fabric containing vitamin C, which uses vitamin C stabilization technology. The method of fabricating cosmetic mask pack fiber fabric containing vitamin C comprises the steps of: preparing a composition containing vitamin C, obtained by mixing pullulan, hydroxyethyl cellulose, 70% of sorbitol, ascorbic acid, and distilled water； preparing a vitamin C solution by adding water to the composition containing vitamin C； adding the vitamin C solution into a storage tank, drawing out fiber fabric from a supply device, and immersing the fiber fabric in the vitamin C solution in the storage tank； adjusting an impregnation amount of the vitamin C solution absorbed to the fiber fabric by passing the fiber fabric, in which the vitamin C solution is deposited, through a pressure roller； drying the fiber fabric by passing the fiber fabric having the adjusted impregnation amount of the vitamin C solution through a drying device with the length of 10 meters or more； and rewinding the dried fiber fabric by using a rewinding device. Accordingly, it is possible to provide functionality of storing the vitamin C to the cosmetic mask pack fiber fabric. Meanwhile, the cosmetic mask pack fiber fabric can be preserved for a long time and is able to apply beneficial physiological activities to the skin.본 발명은 비타민 C 안정화 기술을 응용한, 비타민 C를 함유하는 화장용 마스크 팩 섬유 원단을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 플룰란, 하이드록시에틸셀룰로스, 솔비톨(70%), 아스코빅 산(Ascorbic acid), 증류수를 혼합하여 얻어지는 비타민 C 함유 조성물을 조제하는 단계와； 상기 비타민 C 함유 조성물에 물(water)을 추가하여 비타민 C 용해액을 준비하는 단계와； 상기 비타민 C 용해액을 저장 탱크에 투입하고, 섬유 원단을 공급 장치로부터 인출하여 상기 저장 탱크의 비타민 C 용해액에 침적시키는 단계와； 비타민 C 용해액이 침적된 섬유 원단을 압착 롤러를 통과시켜 상기 섬유 원단에 흡수된 비타민 C 용해액의 함침 함량을 조절하는 단계와； 비타민 C 용해액의 함침 함량이 조절된 섬유 원단을 10M 이상의 건조장치를 통과시켜 건조시키는 단계； 및 건조된 섬유 원단을 되감기 장치로 되감는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 화장용 마크스 팩 섬유 원단에 비타민 C를 함유하는 기능성을 부여하되 장기간 보존이 가능하고 피부에 유익한 생리 활성을 부여할 수 있다.
