PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire operating device for highly sensitively transmitting the torque transmitted from the distal end of a wire to fingers of an operator, and therefore, accurately obtaining information transmitted from the distal end of the wire.SOLUTION: The wire operating device 20 includes a handle 30 having a through hole 31 for inserting the wire 10, and a cap 40 (a fixed part) which is attached to the handle and which can be fixed to or released from the wire.
