The present invention relates to an apparatus for cutting a syringe and performing separated discharge, which is to protect a user from accidental infection while discarding the syringe. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for cutting a syringe and performing separated discharge comprises: an insertion unit inserting a syringe thereinto； a body including an upper shell provided with a first through-hole, a lower shell coupled to the upper shell and provided with a second through-hole communicating with the first through-hole, and a driving unit rotating the insertion unit installed through the first and second through-holes within a predetermined range； an integrated cover including a cover body disposed on the lower side of the body to be coupled to the body, a cutting blade disposed in the cover body and cutting a needle part of the syringe when the insertion unit is rotated, and a positioning slit passing only the needle part of the syringe inserted into the insertion unit therethrough and guiding transfer of the needle part in the direction crossing the cutting blade when the insertion unit is rotated； and a damaging waste container having an open upper part covered by the integrated cover to be coupled and having a closed space formed therein to receive the cut needle part.
