The present invention relates to a method for producing red ginseng formulation which contains large amount of ginsenoside compound K and Rh1. The method of the present invention is characterized by the inoculation of green muscardine fungus, and makes it possible to produce the red ginseng formulation with more increased content of ginsenoside than previously known, if using the production method of the present invention. Especially, it is possible to increase the amount of compound K and Rh1 among ginsenosides, if using the method of the present invention, thereby improving effects on anti-cancer, cancer treatment, reducing toxicity of anticancer drugs, preventing cancer, and preventing blood clotting disorder.본 발명은 진세노사이드 compound K 및 Rh1 함량을 다량 함유하는 홍삼 제제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 녹강균을 접종하는 것을 그 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 제조 방법을 이용하면 기존에 알려진 진세노사이드의 함량보다 증가된 홍삼 제제를 제조할 수 있으며, 특히 본 발명의 방법을 이용하면 진세노사이드 중에서도 Compound K 및 Rh1을 증가시킬 수 있으므로, 항암, 암치료, 항암제 독성 감소, 암예방, 혈전병 예방 효과가 증가하는 효과가 있다.
