PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-cleaning/dehydrating type wearing tool of a lower half of body which can treat excrement by means of a self-cleaning/dehydrating type in a state of wearing without leakage and inner accumulation, easily, reliably, safely, and sanitarily without a care-giver.SOLUTION: The wearing tool body including a waist periphery part and right/left leg passage parts can be worn in a lower half of a body and is manufactured three-dimensionally with a water-impermeable fabric capable of keeping a close contact state between an upper edge periphery 1a in the waist periphery part and a lower edge periphery 1b of the leg passage part, and each corresponding body part 4. The wearing tool body is arranged with cleaning water supply means 7 and dehydrating air supply means communicating with an injection hole capable of injecting a supply fluid of cleaning water or dehydrating air toward a body surface, these means connected with supply control means 16. In the wearing tool body, a collection recess 14 is arranged which is capable of collecting internally supplied objects together with excrement, the collection recess constituting collected object discharge means 15 together with discharge control means 16 connected with the collection recess so as to perform suction/discharge driving.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】排泄物の処理が自己洗浄乾燥方式により、穿いたままの状態で洩れや内部滞溜などなく、介護者なしで簡単確実かつ安全衛生的に行われるようにした自己洗浄乾燥型下半身装身具を提供する。【解決手段】腰回り部分と左右の足通し部分を備えた装身具本体は、下半身に穿き得て、腰回り部分の上縁回り1aと足通し部分の下縁回り1bとがそれぞれ対応する身体部分4との間で密着状態を保持し得る非通水生地にて立体的に作製される。装身具本体には、身体表面に向けて洗浄水あるいは乾燥気である供給流体を噴射可能な噴射孔に連通する洗浄水供給手段7と乾燥気供給手段とが設けられ、これらには供給制御手段16が接続されるようになっている。装身具本体には、内部に供給されたものを排泄物とともに回収し得る回収凹部14が設けられ、回収凹部に接続される吸引排除駆動可能な排除制御手段16とともに回収物排除手段15を構成するようになっている。【選択図】図1
