- Disclosed is a novel microorganism which is expected to have both a prophylactic effect and a therapeutic effect, is applicable to various plant pathogens, and is not reduced in its efficacy even when the microorganism is used in combination with an agrichemical agent. Also disclosed is a plant disease control agent comprising the microorganism. The novel microorganism is KS1 strain (NITE BP-569). The plant disease control agent comprises a culture and/or a cell of the microorganism as an active ingredient.
