An object of the present invention is to establish a method capable of producing a large amount of regulatory dendritic cells safely and easily. According to the present invention, a regulatory dendritic cell comprising a cell capable of being induced in a regulatory dendritic cell in the presence of a [1,2,4] triazolo [1,5-a] pyrimidine derivative.
