Disclosed is the use of a prostaglandin (PG) compound of formula (II) where the substituents are as disclosed in the description and oxycodone in the manufacture of a medicament for treating a diseases or condition an opioid is used to treat. Examples of the diseases or conditions are: pain and chronic pain. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of formula (II) and oxycodone.
