SOLUTION: The powder composition is water-soluble, and includes an oily component containing at least one kind of functional oily component a phospholipid and an excipient. In the powder composition, [the total amount of calcium and magnesium] derived from water contained for 1 kg of the powder composition, and represented by (formula 1): total amount of calcium and magnesium (mg/kg)=[amount of calcium (mg/kg)]×2.5+[amount of magnesium (mg/kg)]×4.1 is within the range of 10-700 mg/kg.
