PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing and disinfecting washer in which fuel being a heat source is substantially completely burnt, soot or the like is not attached to a coil or the like, by which heat exchange efficiency becomes higher.SOLUTION: In a sterilizing and disinfecting washer A according to the present invention, a coil 24 formed of fin tube is erected so as to set a central axis of the coil in a vertical direction, a combustion promotion chamber 14 is provided below the coil, and a burner 15 which sends heated gas to the combustion promotion chamber 14 from its lateral direction is installed.
