The head-mounted display includes: ahousing adapted tobe worn on a user's head, the housing defining a partially enclosed chamberwhich covers theuser's eyes when the housing is worn by the user； at least one display unitmounted in thechamber； a processor coupled to the at least one display unit； and ahumidifier coupled to thehousing, the humidifier being configured to controllably increase moisture inthe chamber.
