The present invention relates to a buoy having a through hole and a method for fastening the buoy and rope, more specifically, forms the through hole in the buoy, and provides the buoy formed by extending latching grooves and the like on upper and lower sides of the through hole and the method for fastening the buoy and rope. By doing so, the present invention not only makes it possible to fasten the rope to the buoy easily, but also allows the buoy to be reversed easily at regular intervals according to selection of the latching groove.본 발명은 관통홀을 구비한 부이 및 이 부이와 로프의 체결방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 부이에 관통홀을 형성시키고, 상기 관통홀의 상하측에 걸림홈 등을 각각 연장하여 형성시킨 부이 및, 이 부이와 로프의 체결방법을 제공함으로써, 부이에 로프를 용이하게 체결할 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 걸림홈의 선택에 따라 부이를 일정주기로 더욱 간편하고 용이하게 뒤집을 수 있도록 하는, 관통홀을 구비한 부이 및 이 부이와 로프의 체결방법에 관한 것이다.
