A STABLE, MULTIPHASE LIQUID ISOTROPIC CLEANSING COMPOSITION IS DESCRIBED THAT CONTAINS HIGH LEVELS OF PETROLATUM AND SHOWS A SUBSTANTIAL DECREASE IN REFLECTANCE COMPARED WITH ISOTROPIC CLEANSING COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING OTHER OILS AND LIQUID CRYSTALLINE COMPOSITIONS WITH SIMILAR LEVELS OF OILS. THE INVENTIVE COMPOSITION HAS A TOTAL OF LESS THAN 2 % BY WT. OF OTHER OILS SUCH AS GLYCERIDE, MINERAL AND SILICONE OILS, OR BLENDS THEREOF. FIGURE 1
