This method involves an application step in which the end of the dispensing tube (94) is brought into contact with the outer surface of the balloon (30) while said balloon (30) is rotated about the axial center of the balloon (30) the dispensing tube (94) is moved relatively to the balloon (30) in the axial direction of said balloon (30) and the coating solution is discharged from the opening (95) and applied onto the outer surface of the balloon (30).
