PURPOSE: A method for processing medical dressing materials is provided to use a foaming agent such as polyurethane foam as the medical dressing material by eliminating flexible materials and unreacted material which are generated after processing the dressing material. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing medical dressing materials comprises the following steps； preparing the dressing material to be processed for medical treatment； washing the dressing material by dipping the dressing material in to a washing solvent； eliminating the washing solvent remaining in the dressing material； and drying the dressing material. The dressing material is washed using a compression washing method. The dressing material is washed for 2 minutes ~ 24 hours.본 발명은 UV측정값이 0.1abs이하가 되도록 하여 의료용으로 적합한 드레싱재로 가공하기 위한 드레싱재의 가공방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 의료용으로 가공하기 위한 드레싱재를 준비하는 단계； 상기 드레싱재를 세척용매에 침지하여 세척하는 단계； 세척 후 상기 드레싱재에 잔류하는 상기 세척용매를 제거하는 단계； 및 세척용매가 제거된 상기 드레싱재를 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용으로 적합한 드레싱재의 가공방법이 제공된다.
