PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion instrument by which a plurality of treatment instruments can be applied to a single incisional wound and sizes and arrangements of the treatment instruments can be set as desired, and which can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: The insertion instrument for medical treatment instruments is a cap member 4 made of an elastic plate configured by demarcating a port setting site 41 indicating a range wherein ports of medical treatment instruments can be set, without presetting an opening hole into a body cavity, on the surface of a cap member 4 which is arranged to the body surface side of a retraction means for keeping an incisional wound in an open state. The port setting site 41 is preferably formed with a transparent elastic material with a thickness min 1.5 mm and max 3.0 mm, tensile elongation min 600%, and tear strength min 35 kN/m and max 50 kN/m. The periphery of the port setting site 41 is formed opaque.
