PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentrator which can certainly detect coming off, leakage or the like of a humidifier even under operation.SOLUTION: An orifice 31 which restricts a channel of gas is arranged, and a pressure gauge 34 which meters a pressure of oxygen concentrated gas in a humidifier 24 is arranged upstream of the orifice 31. Thereby, an inside of the humidifier 24 is held at a suitable pressure, if there are coming off or leakage of the humidifier 24, a pressure in the humidifier 24 declines and if troubles, such as blocking arise in a supplying channel 33, a pressure in the humidifier 24 rises.
