PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fitness to an anal cleft.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by an underpants type disposable diaper having an elongated anal cleft part elastic member 42, which is an oblique part 42t that goes to the side of a waist opening as at least width-direction both end parts go to width-direction both ends, stretched in the longitudinal direction thereof and fixed to a counter-anal cleft part out of the counter-anal cleft part of an external sheet 20 of a back body part B and parts located on both sides of the counter-anal cleft part.
