The hairdressing agent composition comprises: a component (A): an oil that is in a liquid form at 25°C； a component (B): xanthan gum； a component (C): an acrylic acid-based thickener； and a component (D): a cationic film-forming polymer. The component (D) is preferably Polyquaternium-11. This hairdressing agent composition preferably comprises a component (E): a polyoxypropylene sorbitol.
