The present invention relates to a scraper for a water tank used to remove moss or foreign substances adsorbed on a wall of the water tank for breeding and cultivating aquarium fishes or live fishes. The scraper comprises: a blade tightly contacting the wall surface of the water tank, scrapping out the moss and foreign substances adsorbed on the wall of the water tank while moving in a vertical direction a suction main body formed in a triangular shape having a wide lower portion and a narrow upper portion, and having an inlet with the blade fixated on a center of a front surface, suctioning the moss and foreign matters scrapped out by the blade, and an outlet discharging the moss and foreign substances suctioned to the other side of the inlet a discharge hose connected to the outlet of the suction main body discharging the suctioned moss or foreign substances by water pressure and a handle connected to the suction main body, protecting the discharge hose, and formed in a bar shape to be gripped by hand.
