A composition as the stabilizer for preparing the freeze-dried vaccine and the method for producing the freeze-dried vaccine using the composition are disclosed. The composition comprises human serum albumin sucrose trehalose dextran sodium glutamate urea and arginine with the initial concentration in the stock solution before freeze-drying of 3-20 g/l 30-100 g/l 10-30 g/l 10-50 g/l 6-12 g/l/ 3-9 g/l and 0.5-2 g/l respectively. The composition does not contain gelatin.
