1. A method of producing a liquid composition comprising the following steps: a.) Preparing a first pre-mixture for a composition comprising: i. first oil or oil component； ii. optionally the first solvent of the polyhydric alcohol class, iii. optionally an aromatic additive； b.) preparing a second pre-mix for a composition comprising: i. a second oil or oil component, the degree of hydrophobicity of which is less than the degree of hydrophobicity of the first oil or oil component； and ii. a second solvent from the polyhydric alcohol class； c.) preparing a third pre-mix for a composition comprising: i. at least one surfactant； and ii. the aqueous phase containing water； d.) adding the first pre-mixture to the third pre-mixture； e.) mixing the composition obtained in step d.) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained； and f.) adding a second pre-mixture to the composition obtained in step e.) and mixing the resulting composition to obtain a homogeneous homogeneous mixture. 2.
