The holder (1) comprises fixing elements such as screws (8) for fixing the oscillating saw blade comprising a base portion which is insertable into a recess (9) of the holder and locked through a locking device. The base portion of the blade is eccentrically clamped to the holder, using a spring element or an elastomeric element which is frictionally held in locked state.
