PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum capper capable of surely inserting a cap boy into a syringe outer tube in a simple constitution.SOLUTION: This capper 20 is so formed that the base 21a of a finger-rest/storing recess section 21 retained horizontally abuts on a plane in the opposite side to a finger-rest face 3a of the finger-rest section 3 so as to firmly position the cylinder outer tube 2 in the vertical direction. The finger-rest/storing recess section 21 has a substantially same outline to the external shape of the finger-rest section 3 so as to prevent an occurrence of a lateral deviation of the syringe outer tube 2 to the capper 20 in the simple constitution. This constitution can accurately position an opening 2b in the proximal end side of the syringe outer tube 2 and the cap body 5 retained to the capper so as prevent the capper 5 from being forcedly pushed inside the syringe outer tube 2, smoothly insert the cap body 5 inside the syringe outer tube 2 and prevent an unexpected inclination of the cap body 5 which causes the deterioration of airtight and water-tight performances.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡単な構成をもって、栓体をシリンジ外筒内に確実に挿入させるようにした真空打栓用治具を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】治具20において、水平に保持された指掛け収容凹部21の底面21aは、指掛け部3の指掛け面3aと反対側の平面に当接するので、シリンジ外筒2を鉛直方向にしっかりと位置決めすることができる。さらに、指掛け収容凹部21は、指掛け部3の外形と略同一の輪郭を有しているので、簡単な構成をもって、治具20に対するシリンジ外筒2の横ズレの発生をも防止することができる。そして、シリンジ外筒2の基端側の開口2bと治具に保持された栓体5との正確な位置合わせが達成されるので、栓体5がシリンジ外筒2内に無理に押し込まれることなく、栓体5をシリンジ外筒2内にスムーズに挿入させることができ、気密及び水密性能の低下をもたらす栓体5の予期せぬ傾きを発生させることがない。【選択図】図3
