Disclosed is an apparatus for delivery of a flow of breathable gas to a patient’s airways comprising a nasal interface including at least one naris pillow, the or each naris pillow configured to conduct a first flow of breathable gas or air into a naris of a user and form a seal with the naris. The or each naris pillow is further configured with a nasal projection or cannula, the nasal projection configured to conduct a further flow of gas through the nasal projection, the nasal projection configured to extend within the naris beyond the seal of the naris pillow. The or each nasal projection has a vent for the naris pillow at a surface of the naris pillow and a supplemental gas supply conduit. The or each naris pillow is further configured with a second nasal projection, the second nasal projection configured to extend within the naris beyond the seal of the naris pillow as a vent to atmosphere leading from the naris pillow.
