An antimicrobiological coating prepared by the sol-gel method onto the surface of the substrate, comprising a binding agent that forms a coating layer oriented with respect to the substrate, and a polyhexamethylene guanidine salt or a mixture of these as an antimicrobiological component that is bound to the surface of the substrate by means of the above- mentioned binding agent. Furthermore, the invention relates to a coating solution for forming an antimicrobiological sol-gel coating, as well as a method for preparing and regenerating the coating.Linvention concerne un revêtement antimicrobiologique préparé par le procédé sol-gel sur la surface du substrat, comprenant un agent de liaison qui forme une couche de revêtement orientée par rapport au substrat et un sel de polyhexaméthylène guanidine ou un mélange de ces composés en tant que composant antimicrobiologique qui est relié à la surface du substrat au moyen de lagent de liaison susmentionné.
