According to an embodiment of the present invention, a nasal surgery implant comprises: a column part having first through-holes formed in a body in horizontal and vertical directions, and fixed between both alar cartilages of a patient by allowing a suture thread made of a biodegradable polymer material to pass through an alar cartilage of one side, through-holes formed in a horizontal direction among the first through-holes and an alar cartilage of the other side in order or in reverse order so as to suture the same； a first fixing part made of the same material as that of the column part, having second through-holes formed in the body in horizontal and vertical directions, and having the through-holes formed in the horizontal direction among the second through-holes to be sutured with the through-holes formed in the horizontal direction among the first through-holes through the suture thread so as to be coupled to one side surface of the column part； and a second fixing part made of the same material as that of the column part, having third through-holes formed in the body in horizontal and vertical directions, and having the suture thread passing through the through-holes formed in the horizontal direction among the first and second through-holes to be sutured with the through-holes formed in the horizontal direction among the third through-holes so as to be coupled to the other side surface of the column part.
