The shell assembly (20) has a proximally extending annular ring (23) that defines a cylindrical opening (21). The annular ring (23) defines a lock opening (28) that passes through the annular ring (23). The shell assembly (20) defines a retention slot (236) that is adjacent the annular ring (23) on an opposite side of the annular ring (230) from the lock opening (28). The locking collar (40) is positioned about the annular ring (23) and has a body (42), a lock (44), and a retention tab (252). The body (42) includes a release surface (41a, 41b). The locking collar (40) has a locked configuration wherein the lock (44) extends into the cylindrical opening (21) and an unlocked configuration wherein the lock (44) is disposed outwardly of the cylindrical opening (21).
