PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire high quality eyeground information.SOLUTION: A fixation target presentation part presents a continuously moving fixation target, an eyeground image acquisition part acquires an image of an eyeground of an eye to be examined of a subject in a state that the subject fixates the continuously moving fixation target, and an eyeground information acquisition part acquires eyeground information from the acquired image of the eyeground. The eyeground information can be made into a wide visual field eyeground image, a super-resolution eyeground image, a three-dimensional shape, or a three-dimensional eyeground image, for example.
