A prompt system of intravenous injection apparatus comprises a container detachably connected with the intravenous injection apparatus for receiving the liquid outputted from the intravenous injection apparatus, a positioning base disposed on the container, an actuating unit penetrated through the positioning base, and a prompt unit disposed outside the container. The actuating unit has a trigger portion extended outside the container and a stop portion extended into the container.
